There has been a lot of progress on the project, particularly with tile. This is very exciting to see as the spaces really start to take shape.
We went bold with the powder room tile. It’s a very small space, it’s quirky, so why not have fun?

Paint, stucco, and tile – continued
Work continues on the exterior as weather permits. We are very happy with the paint colors and stucco color. It’s a dramatic change that highlights the awesome old windows.
House painting, stucco color change, and tile work
Work continues both inside and out.
A painting and masonry contractor is repairing all of the stucco on the old house, and they are coating the old stucco with Texcrete to change its color to match the new stucco on the addition. While we had wanted to re-stucco the old house, this was the fastest and most affordable way to make the house match.
